Hi dear, this is Esther from EDLER bathroom vanity! When you order a bathroom vanity from online shop, you might to find that the delivery man gives you a lot of pieces board and you might don’t know how to install a bathroom vanity to build your own bathroom vanity.
Do not be panic! Follow my step and you will build the vanity from pieces. And the most important thing is taking your safety insurance items like gloves.
First thing you need to do is:
go to find the instruction manual in the box. If you can find some that will help a lot in next few step. If there does not have anything, please check below steps and try to solve the question.
Whether you have an instruction manual or not, please carefully pick all board out and depart them via shapes. We can figure them out via shape as the cabinet’s construction is clear. The board might be no easily find the correct place in first sight but there always has a biggest board in the box. The biggest board might be the door board/side board/back board. And how to recognize them? Check the bathroom vanity pictures on online page and find the size from the page. The door board might be the 1/2 of the length and the side board might be having the same width as the bathroom vanity width. It is like a puzzle game, doesn’t it?
After placing the boards to correct place, I know there might have some boards left that what you do not know how to deal with. Don’t worry. I have another way to solve the case. You smart guy probably find holes in the board. The out side of the board does not have holes expect the door handles’ hole. Check the holes, you can recognize the outside and inside now.
Next, check the boards’ side hole. One board has 6 side, 4 side 1 outside and 1 inside. The inside holes is connected to another board’s side hole. Hole to hole, inside to inside, like the tangram game.
When you check every board out and place them in right place, it is time to open you machine now. The hardware for the vanity is easily recognized. The wooden stick is for connecting the side of the boards and the metal screws are used in different holes you can try the depth of the hole to find the right screw.
How to build a bathroom vanity? Be patient and careful. When you try to build the bathroom vanity by yourself and you face the dozens boards and hardware, please calm down and try to do that.
First, insure your safety.
Second, recognize the boards and place them into right corner.
Third, assemble the pieces with hardware. And the last thing is to install the cabinet to your bathroom wall. Before you install, please kindly wipe your bathroom wall and keep it in clean and dry. Find one horizontal item and draw a horizontal line to keep the cabinet in line. Otherwise, you will get an uneven cabinet and have to reinstall it again and again. That will be pretty mad, right? So try to keep in line at the first beginning and will let you save a lot of time.
